to make sure you have a fun and safe workout that will leave you feeling great and give you the ability to defend yourself.

 

Kids Class (ages 6 to 11)

The Kids Class develops all the skills needed to attain black belt in karate, including self-defense skills, forms training, weapons training, and sparring skills. This class also has an added element of fun drills and character training appropriate for this age group, and is a great way to teach your child self-discipline in a way that they will love!

Teens Class (ages 12 to 14)

The Teens Class develops all the skills needed to attain black belt in karate, including self-defense skills, forms training, weapons training, and sparring skills. This class also works on character skills and combines them with extra curriculum (like jump kicks) that appeal to this age group. There is no better way to get your teen off the couch and learning respect!

Adults Class (ages 15 & over)

The Adults Class focuses on developing self-defense and physical fitness while training students for black belt in the areas of self-defense, forms, weapons and sparring skills. If you are looking to lose weight, or just develop the confidence that you can defend yourself, this class will leave you looking and feeling great!
