Warhorse Jiu Jitsu

Thank you for inquiring about Warhorse Jiu Jitsu - we are located inside the Spokane Valley location at 13318 E Sprague, right next to Shopko.

We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, more specifically Gracie's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jiu Jitsu is a form of martial arts that has become very popular in mixed martial arts competition because it emphasizes grappling and submissions; it promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique. These classes are designed for the beginner as well as the advanced student.

This class is open to teens and adults only right now, however in our Warhorse Karate children's program we do teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu if you have a child that is interested in learning this style.
